Copy Products Across Stores

Set the Destination Shop on Stores before listing or copying products. Use Change Destination Shop with the other store’s pairing code. Destination currency and rate are optional for the first copy.

  1. 1 List products

    Choose how many products to display (newest first). The “Added Since” filter is optional. Then click List Products.

  2. 2 See what is missing

    Review missing products. We match items by Barcode only. Change that on Stores. Hide copied products to focus on destinations that still need them.

  3. 3 Tick products

    Choose the uncopied rows, or select All. Copied rows are locked and cannot be selected.

  4. 4 Copy

    We copy the title, description, vendor, tags, SKU, barcode, and images. Sale prices are calculated using each destination store’s pricing formula.

List products

View products sorted by newest first. Use “Added Since” if needed. Hide copied items to focus on products missing from destination stores.

Press List products to compare the 1st store catalog with each destination.

Compare-at and cost are converted with the store rate only, then the same rounding. Stock is not copied unless you tick inventory.
